Within the Project Equal opportunities for men and women in politics and after the realization of two-day seminar on the topic Women’s Empowerment: Writing a business plan, Forma F Mostar has granted a donation of 2000 KM to Izeta Tojaga and Alma Tojaga from the village Hodbina for the realization of their business plan titled Planting of Strawberries. 
After the mentioned seminar, each participant had to develop a business plan and submit to the organization Forma F. The time frame to submit the proposal was 30 days after the seminar was over.

While working on their business plans, all participants showed that they gained knowledge and experiences from the seminar, and they all submitted the plans. However, the most clear and precise plan was submitted by these two women from the village of Hodbina, south of Mostar, whose plan had all parts clearly defined and specified. Other nine plans that were submitted were: egg production, production of vegetables, production of organic foods, production of flowers, etc.
