On April 20th and 21st, 2019, TPO Foundation held the two-day "NIRA Leaders" of professional development at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Tuzla. The participants of this training were students from all faculties of the University. The trainers were Elmida Sarić and Džejna Bajramović.

On the first day, the participants had the opportunity to learn the steps and phases of writing the project, and they practically wrote a sketch of two projects. Then, on the second day, the participants addressed the question of writing a motivational and accompanying letter, biography, context of interviews, and most of the details concerning the field of professional life. Students have also worked to raise awareness of their own ambitions within their potential career and the fears of the labor market standing in front of them.
