After four days of training for personal and professional development, TPO Foundation awarded five grants to the students of the University of Tuzla and the University of Zenica for the best project proposals as the part of the NIRA Leaders Project. One of these best project proposals was the project named "The Safe Space for Youth". It lasted from August to November 2019. The coordinator of this project within the NIRA Leaders Project was Nerdžis Čaplja, student of the University of Zenica.

The project is a continuation of the Public Speech realized in 2017 as the part of the SMART project organized by the UNZE Student Union.
The main goal of the project is civic activism of young people of Zenica and of ZDC, and advocacy of social, constructive, positively oriented changes on social development.
