UNIGEM: 16 DAYS OF ACTIVISM - GUIDELINES FOR THE PREVENTION OF SEXUALLY AND GENDER-BASED HARASSMENT (UNIVERSITY OF BANJA LUKA)


The Advisory Board for Gender Equality at the University of Banja Luka, within the UNIGEM project (University and Gender Mainstreaming), organized the third workshop in a row aimed at promoting the celebration of "16 days of activism against violence against women".

The workshop "Guidelines for the prevention of sexual and gender-based harassment" was held on November 24, 2021, in the premises of the Faculty of Law, University of Banja Luka.

During the workshop, the present students had the opportunity to get acquainted with the legal framework of gender equality and prevention of sexual and gender-based harassment in the Republic of Srpska and Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as at the University of Banja Luka. "Guidelines for the Prevention of Sexually and Gender-Based Harassment."

The present students took an active part in the realization of the workshop in the form of a discussion on open issues. The moderator of the workshop was doc. Dr. Bojan Vlaski, Vice Dean for Scientific Research and International Cooperation of the Faculty of Law and a member of the Advisory Board for Gender Equality at the University of Banja Luka. The introductory speech was given by the Vice Rector for Human and Material Resources, Prof. Dr. Dalibor Kesić.
