The Faculty of Law at the University of Montenegro, as part of the UNIGEM project, joined the “16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence” campaign by organizing lectures and educational activities.
The aim of the event was to raise awareness about the importance of fighting gender-based violence and to educate future lawyers on this socially relevant issue. The lectures were delivered by Dr. Rajka Đoković, Dr. Balša Kašćelan, and Dr. Sanja Grbović.
Their presentations covered the key legal, social, and psychological aspects of gender-based violence, emphasizing the importance of a multidisciplinary approach in its prevention.
The Faculty of Law remains committed to the mission of educating and empowering young people to fight against all forms of violence and discrimination. We will continue to work on raising awareness and knowledge to contribute to building a society of equal opportunities for all.
A big thank you to all participants and lecturers for their contribution to this important initiative!
